The Gîte de Cumignat is a renovated historic building, located near Brioude in Haute-Loire. Nestled in a picturesque setting, we offer a warm and authentic atmosphere.
Our 250 m² accommodation comprises 7 bedrooms, a 150 m² fenced garden, a terrace, and a 100 m² games room. A closed garage and a shed are also available to safely store your vehicles.

To ensure your optimal comfort, we have renovated our 7 bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests.
The layout is as follows: 2 double bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds, and 5 bedrooms with 2 single beds of 90 x 190 cm that can be joined together.
Each bedroom, whether "Toile de Jouy," "Bagatelle," "Parrot," or "Paradise," creates a unique atmosphere with carefully selected décor, matching curtains, and furniture.
Thanks to our fully equipped kitchen with appliances (including an oven, induction hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, two coffee makers, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a washing machine), as well as utensils and cutlery, you will have everything you need to prepare delicious meals with ease!
Spacious, with a surface area of 65 m², the gîte’s main living area harmoniously combines a living room and a dining room.
It is equipped with sofas, armchairs, a 4K flat-screen TV, and a selection of board games, making it the warm heart of the house.
It is the central space of the house for relaxing and enjoying convivial moments.
A Wi-Fi connection is also available throughout the gîte.
Our gîte includes 4 shower rooms arranged as follows: one bathroom and one shower room on each floor.
Additionally, to ensure your comfort, there are 3 toilets, one on each level. We share the photos with you.
To ensure a joyful and warm atmosphere during your family stay, we provide this play area featuring a table tennis table, a foosball table, and other surprises.

With its tables, garden chairs, parasol, and barbecue, fully enjoy the sunny days of our region.
The cleaning service is included in the rental rates. We simply ask you to tidy the kitchen, the dishes, and the barbecue.
For your comfort, we provide bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases for each bed. We also provide all necessary house linens, including towels, bath sheets, as well as tablecloths and tea towels. You will also have access to cleaning products for a worry-free stay.
To ensure a family-friendly stay, we offer baby equipment: changing table, crib, and high chairs.
Upon request, we can also provide additional baby beds.
